**Returns**
All returns are dealt with in an urgent manner to provide full customer satisfaction. We ask for your patience in our efforts to resolve the problem. Any goods returned to us must be in original packing, undamaged and unused, with all accessories. Should you wish to cancel your order, then you must first inform us in writing and return the goods within seven working days of receipt of the goods at your own cost. All returned goods need to be insured as SHINYORI MUSIC AND SOUND does not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged in transit. Please be aware that the product images on our website are here to offer a fair guideline of the colour and finish of the products.
