Product description
Compact, lightweight subwoofer in a bass reflex cabinet. It is ideal for band systems, and the active version features an extremely effective 1,200-watt Class-D power amp, allowing for another passive LINEAR SUB 1200 to be connected. The two 10″ woofers deliver fast and concrete bass with plenty of punch and low bass down to around 38 Hz.
LINEAR SUBS are system subwoofers that work perfectly with the LINEAR 3 and LINEAR 5 mid/high units.
The system subwoofers all have a stereo input, so in addition to half-stack or full-stack applications, they can also be used as a 2.1 system or mono-summing sub-cluster.
We recommend the following combinations to achieve the ideal ratio between the mid/high unit and the subwoofer:
LINEAR SUB 1500 A and LINEAR SUB 1800 A with the LINEAR 3 mid/high units,
LINEAR SUB 1200 A and LINEAR SUB 2000 A with the LINEAR 5 active mid/high units and
LINEAR SUB 4000 A with the LINEAR 5 LTS A powerhouse.
